Is your child between the ages of 3 and 5 years of age and not eligible for Kindergarten? Do you live within the McHenry School District #15 boundaries? Then, call to schedule a free preschool screening.

Using a screening tool called the DIAL-3, we assess your child’s cognitive, fine & gross motor, speech & language, self-help and social skills. A vision and hearing screening is also conducted.

The purpose of the screening is to identify children who may qualify for our preschool programs, determine whether the child has age appropriate skills, and to determine if any further formal evaluations are necessary.
